This year marks the 2nd Annual Buddy Bowl, to benefit the Down Syndrome Foundation’s Down Syndrome Camp. The event will be held this spring at Southtown Lanes AMF in Bloomington. More than 250 family and friends from the local community will come together for a night of fun that includes 2 rounds of bowling, raffle prizes, live music and a silent auction all raising funds for the kids of Down Syndrome Camp. Located in Crosslake MN, the camp is dedicated to fulfilling the well-being of persons with special needs.  The purpose of this event is to raise funds for incoming campers with Down Syndrome in hopes of giving each camper a summer week they will never forget.

On behalf of these kids and the Buddy Bowl planning committee, I would like to respectfully invite you to support this key fundraising event. A generous donation to our auctions guarantees name recognition in the program booklet and on the auction tables viewed throughout the evening. This is a marvelous opportunity for outstanding visibility. Your contribution will not only benefit your company but, most importantly your support will have a significant impact on the lives of these special kids.

All proceeds from this event benefit the Down Syndrome’s Foundation week long camp. The Down Syndrome Camp was created and is directed by governing committees of parents and educators concerned with providing exceptional experiences for young people with Down Syndrome.  The Down Syndrome Foundation has supported the Down Syndrome Camp from the beginning with scholarships, underwriting basic costs, materials, equipment, and camper supplies.
